Default Monday Eve Party 17th May

Its time to move out, I moved into the Hibenrian four years ago and in the last couple of months it has become a Tenement, Our Neighbours on the 6th floor have been Throwing bottles from the balcony all evening, Pure Football hooliganism. I dont feel safe this evening knowing that they saw me looking out at them, I can hear foul language now being shouted from that hell hole

I totally agree. It is a disgrace. Something has to be done about them.

its the same apartment as always...its getting tiring. What time do security come on at? I'm gonna give them a call. If bottles and the like are being thrown it mightn't be a bad idea to call the gardai. Its not fair for people to feel unsafe at home.

Thankfully I'm not on the floor that's level with the garden. Someone is going to get seriously hurt if they step out onto their balcony on that floor and a barrage of beer bottles come smashing down with shards flying everywhere. I definitely think it is a case for the gardai and they can hardly deny it with the debris all over the garden below them.

I'm living in the hibernain also and am glad to say that we haven't been disturbed by of the parties on the 6th floor. Although I am keeping an eye on the very loud party opp us tonight in the William Bligh it is a school night after all. Anyhoo with regards to the guys in the Hibernian I've always had success calling the authorities...start with rf property mgt 8881414 the answer machine will give u the number for the after hours emergency service if you have no joy then call security 8881510 all else fails just keep ringing the guards in irishtown 6669600.

Good luck guys.

Hi everyone, I have called security he has informed me there has been alot of complaints. He went to the apartment (yes on the 6th floor) and they were very abusive to him so he has called the garda. He also suggested others call the guards, it may get them here faster!

I also have been here for many years, and I'm sick of this apartment constantly causing havoc.

I can't believe there's not something more the Gardai can do. The people in that apartment are behaving in an extremely anti social and hostile way. Does anyone know if they are renting - surely if enough of us complain to the owners of that apartment they'll have to do something about it. It always seems to be during the bloody week as well - it's unacceptable.

2 Gardai have entered The Hibernian just now 11.30pm with the security guard and seemed determined to sort out the issue. Hopefully this will knock it on the head once and for all.

Well they're outside now still making noise.

I'd be delighted if I had a party and someone was kind enough to toss my bike off the balcony for me, sound.

Just complain to RFPM, if they arrive into the office in the morning and have 15 emails all bitching about the same people they will almost have to do something about it.

It sickens me that the Gardai's time is being wasted with tossers like that.

It would appear that the Gardai have asked all the party goers to leave The Hibernian. About 15 or 20 youths have left just now (11.45pm).

If anyone knows the exact apartment it is imperative that its reported to RFPM and ensure the complaint is marked for the attention of Tom Rock. Then he can contact the apartment owner who in turn can take the revelant action necessary to ensure it doesn't happen again or they may even consider an eviction for continuous breach of lease (assuming that the apt is rented by the host).

ITS NUMBER 84 THE HIBERNIAN. Why should you not post their number up here. They have no respect for people in this building. I have had enough. That party was scary. They have been throwing bottles, litter, cig butts. But the final straw has to have been the bicycle and part of the apartments furniture.
Does anyone know who owns this apartment?
I want them gone NOW!!

Hope they've calmed themselves down by now...as per Ciaran's comment Tom Rock in RF will help you guys bring this to the attention to the owner and issue warnings. I would also advise all affected to email RF Property Mgt individually at info@rfpm.ie as your emails will build a case towards getting this antisocial behaviour stopped.

I've sent RFPM an angry email detailing why this behaviour is unacceptable. I hope to hear back form them tomorrow. I expect them to do something about it straight away. This is ridiculous!!

I have also sent an email of complaint to Tom @ the management company.
This has to be stopped. I am not putting up with this nonsense anymore.
I am still very angry. Looking at the mess over the balcony this morning makes my blood boil. I want that lot OUT NOW. Also the owner has to take his/her share of responsibility for this. They are the ones who vetted and let this apartment. I hope the property is wrecked inside.

If possible a photograph of the mess they left would be good evidence to give to the landlord and RFPM.

I assume it was the same group that were hanging around for a while afterwards still making a lot of noise walking up and down. Its incredible how inconsiderate and careless some individuals can be. It certainly wasn't like that in my day!!

I received an email from Tom Rock. I believe they have been evicted from the apartment today and he is liaising with the gardai. Good, fast response. Its good to know we can be heard and make a difference when enough of us contact them.
