    All of Parklands/Temple Court/Gardens/Lawnscan get about 100 Mb from eircom. Available channels are at https://www.eircom.net/tv/channels . May suit some, but no Sky Atlantic/Living etc.

    Eircom's TV service is available, and I believe vodafone are close to launching their service (you may have noticed the new green cabinets installed recently beside the entrance road, they are for high speed internet access through the phoneline)

    I believe there were delays in eircom getting wayleaves from Dublin City Council for new high speed cabinets in some city centre areas.

    Interesting question, but the OMC has taken legal advice in the past for individual cases, I believe.

    NWR have informed Apartment Owners in Temple Court that services (eg Refuse, Parking etc) will be withdrawn from apartments where the owners are in arrears with the management company and are not engaging in any meaningful way with the OMC. This will take effect from Mid-June.

    Fob access has been added to the bike shed. Tags will be sent around to residents to affix to old bikes. unclaimed bikes will be moved into storage. Also fob access and gates are to be installed on to the bin sheds. The first shed to be secured will be the one on the Parklands side of Temple...
