'Well it's that time of the year' christmas songs are on every radio station, discussions at lunch time inevitably revert to some christmas topic and people are spending like mad-things on presents they will have forgotten they have bought by february.... but I have to give it to this age old...

Has anybody paid the service charge for our estate? I know some people who had to pay it when they signed for the house? But as of yet we have not been contacted about it. And when we are contact we won't being paying it!!!

I don't know if anyone has noticed that there are a lack of car parking spaces out side some of the houses in chambers park? For us who are lucky to have four spaces between two houses is great, but what really annoyes me is when there is room for four cars but people insist on parking only...
