A big thank you to all those who attended the Residents Meeting this week.

Following the overwhelming strong endorsement of the owner residents at the meeting, we are proceeding to engage the services of a Debt Collection Agency immediately to assist us with the collection of valid overdue Service Charges.

We are aware of the impact of losing jobs / pay cuts have had on some of our neighbours. Owners with circumstances where immediate payment of the Service charge arrears is not possible, we will engage with you to agree a viable Payment Plan – provided that you contact us in the next 10 days. After this date, your debt to Hansted Management will be passed to for Debt collection and interest and costs will be applied to the amount outstanding. Please get in touch if paying the service charges is difficult due to your circumstances – once we see where things are with you, we can try to agree the best way forward. Only when we know, we can then make sure the debt collection process can be suspended.

If you have arrears on your account due to issues you had with SPM, please contact us so that we can see case by case what the issue was – we will listen, but in most cases, the service charges are valid bills to cover services provided to all owners of Hansted and must be paid. This applies even if you had specific issues of service. Where errors were made, we will rectify immediately. Again, please get in touch asap.

We would appreciate if you could do contact us ASAP so that we can ensure enough funds are in the account to meet the insurance and the electricity payments. Once your payment has reached us, we will drop a receipt through your letterbox.

We will shortly have our own website thanks to a voluntary effort from a neighbour Greg – www.hanstedmanagement.com. We will put up the user name and password on www.neighbours.ie to be able you to see the Annual Report for 2010 and other important items for review.
